Biography

Jason has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patents across many fields, with specialization in the life science and medical device fields. Jason also has substantial experience in conducting due diligence reviews, including freedom to operate analyses and preparing corresponding legal opinions and strategic plans. Jason further has an extensive and successful track record in preparing for, conducting, and where desired, avoiding, legal disputes, including reexamination proceedings, protests, and litigation.
